We're looking for a proactive and creative Colleague Experience Specialist to support the design and delivery of performance, development, and culture initiatives that put our colleagues at the heart of everything we do.
What does it mean to be an Anchor Colleague Experience Specialist?
Designing Learning Experiences:
Create engaging inductions, early careers, and qualification-led programs that support colleagues to build confidence and capability.
Shaping Career Pathways:
Help create transparent development routes and frameworks that support career growth and internal development.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Recruitment, HR and operational teams to understand workforce needs and design solutions that support a skilled, capable workforce.
Using Insights to Improve:
Analyse skills and qualification data to identify trends, measure impact and continuously improve learning delivery.
Supporting a Great Colleague Experience:
Ensure every person - whether a new starter or developing colleague - enjoys a seamless, inclusive, and positive learning experience that reflects Anchors values.
Who are we looking for?
People Focused:
You care about helping colleagues succeed, learn, and feel supported in their roles.
Collaborative & Adaptable:
You enjoy working with others, are open to new ideas, and can easily adapt to changing priorities.
Communication:
You connect with people at all levels, inspiring trust and influencing positive change.
Experienced:
You'll have a background in HR, Recruitment or Learning, ideally with CIPD Level 3 underway or completed.
Knowledgeable:
You bring an understanding of compliance and regulatory learning requirements and their importance in a safe, skilled workforce.
Analytical Thinker:
You're confident tracking progress, identifying trends, and using data to guide decisions.
Detail Oriented:
You manage multiple projects and deadlines with care and accuracy.
Forward Thinking:
You take initiative, seek continuous improvement, and bring creativity to everything you do.
