We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our dynamic Commercial Team. This role plays a key part in supporting the commercial operations of the business ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to the success of our projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Team, including document preparation, data entry, and reporting. Assist with the management of contracts, vendor registrations and other commercial support activities as required. Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication. Maintain and update commercial records and databases. Support the preparation of bids, tenders, and project documentation. Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking budgets and expenditures.

Requirements



Previous experience in an administrative or commercial support role. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and flexible approach to work.

Desirable:



Experience in a construction, engineering, or similar commercial environment. Knowledge of procurement or contract administration
