This role would suit someone who is confident, self-managing with experience of supporting the sales function with attention to detail and excellence in a customer facing role. This position will play critical role within the commercial operation of the club. Dealing with day-to-day administrative duties and strong sales support contribution. This role is temporary to cover Maternity Leave.
Responsibilities
Assist in the smooth running of matchdays and club events at the AESSEAL New York Stadium
Managing spreadsheets and account management of seasonal clients
Liaising with the clubs catering partner on setting up hospitality suites for matchday
Distributing marketing materials
Liaising with suppliers and proof reading all matchday paraphernalia
Ordering the required corporate gifts for each matchday and/or club events
Promoting a professional image of the club and themselves at all times
Contributing in identifying and undertaking initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, service delivery and income streams
Attending internal and external meetings as required
Working and supporting other team members as required to ensure effective customer relationships are delivered
Developing and contributing to sales lead generation and the departments financial targets
Requirements
Are you a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and accuracy?
Are you a strong communicator with the ability to multitask?
Can you provide excellent customer service including handling client phone calls, email requests and website enquiries? Inbound and outbound.
Do you thrive working in a fast paced and vibrant environment?
Could you be our commercial representative on matchdays? (this is on evenings and weekends)
Have you excellent IT and administration skills?

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
