Westcott Sand & Aggregates are looking for a full time, temp-perm Customer Sales Support team member for Maternity Cover, working Monday-Friday from 08:00-17:00 (overtime available during peak season)

Minimum 12 month contract, with the potential for a permanent role and progression for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a can do attitude

- Have strong attention to detail

- Be able to use their initiative

- Be a team player

- Able to work independently is a must.

- Experience with customers face-to-face, phone and via email.

Full industry training will be given, however Customer Service experience, accurate data entry, familiarity with Excel, ability to multitask and work under pressure will be essential in this role.

What to expect day to day:

- Assisting customers via telephone

- Assisting customers face-to-face

- Assisting customers via email (numerous inboxes)

- Assisting customers via social media platforms

- Assisting customers via Online Shop.

- Processing customer orders

- Processing invoices

- Placing of Goods In Stock, as instructed by the Operations Director on a daily basis

- Estimating customers on a project by project basis

- Communicating with a range of customers both B2B and B2C

This is a salaried role which will be determined based on experience, within the band shown.

Pay: 25,500.00-28,000.00 per year
