The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Commercial Team at Hinkley Point C on a full time basis.
The Commercial Administrator will provide commercial administrative and general administrative support to the Operations team based in Bridgwater, predominantly dealing with Specialist Services and Coatings.
How you will make an impact
> Update and maintain Excel Invoicing and payment tracker.
> Review tracker as part of a weekly routine, highlight new issues and follow relevant route for resolution.
> Liaise with accounts payable and supply chain to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
> Preparation of monthly valuations with support of the site QS
> Reviewing Subcontractor applications with support of the site QS
> Preparation of cost reports on excel
> Assist in month end processes and reporting
> Support with scanning and filing within the Commercial Team such as delivery notes, subcontractor allocations.
> Submit and review monthly time accounts
> Ensure data integrity in commercial systems such as CEMAR, and other systems used at HPC.
> Assist in processing variations, change orders, and early warnings under contract protocols.
> Track Project delays from the daily allocation sheets
> Ensure adherence to project governance, policies, and procedures.
> Archive and manage commercial documentation in line with project and regulatory requirements.
> Flexibility within the role to assist in other duties where required.
