About the Role




As a

Commercial Administrator

, you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial Team through effective administration, documentation management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and help ensure smooth and efficient commercial operations.


You will be required to attend our

Support Office 3 days a week

.




What will you be doing?




Administrative Support




Maintain filing and data systems for tenders, contracts, frameworks, and reports Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for commercial meetings Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support day-to-day scheduling Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, contracts, and SLAs

Data Management and Reporting




Maintain commercial databases and performance trackers Compile and submit performance reports as required Support invoicing and revenue tracking in collaboration with the Finance team

Stakeholder Communication




Liaise with suppliers, clients, and commissioners regarding contract documentation Respond to queries professionally and promptly Assist with onboarding new commercial partners

Compliance and Document Control




Ensure documentation complies with internal policies and audit requirements Help review and update commercial policies and procedures Track contract expiry dates and renewal needs





What we need from you:




Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a commercial or business support environment Strong organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working with databases/spreadsheets Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines
