From the fields to the supermarket -- we're looking for a dedicated and organised Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, inputting and processing orders, planning transportation, and supporting customers with their enquiries. You'll play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain for our fresh produce operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure consistent availability of fresh produce.
Accurately input and update customer orders in internal systems.
Coordinate and plan transportation schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth order flow.
Assist customers with queries and provide timely updates on their orders.
Identify and report issues such as damaged goods or delivery delays.
Support stock rotation, quality control, and inventory checks.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures in line with company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in administration, logistics, supply chain, or stock management is desirable but not required.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Comfortable working with IT systems and handling data entry tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Team-oriented with a willingness to take initiative.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Must have a
driving license.
As office isn't easily accessible by public transport.
