About Our Opportunity

Join EMR as a Commercial Administration Team Leader in Warrington and play a key role in delivering smooth, accurate and efficient commercial support. You'll lead a small team, keep processes running to a high standard, and help drive great customer service across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising, supporting others, and working in a fast-paced environment.



What You Will Be Doing

As the Commercial Administration Team Leader, your focus will be on leading your team, supporting the wider commercial function, and ensuring accurate and efficient admin processes.



Your key responsibilities will include:



Team Leadership & Coaching

Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver high-quality work. Bringing people together around shared goals while helping them grow their skills and reach their potential.

Cross-Functional Alignment

Working closely with commercial, logistics, finance, and operations teams. Ensuring alignment, clear communication, shared priorities, and coordinated execution across the business.

Relationship Building & Business Growth

Building and nurturing strong internal and external relationships. Supporting customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues to identify new opportunities and support business growth. Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.

Overall, you'll ensure that processes are accurate, decisions are well-informed, and the commercial admin team supports the wider business effectively.



About You

You're a confident, proactive leader who enjoys bringing people together and keeping things running smoothly. You balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work that helps the business succeed.



We're looking for someone who:



Strong administrative, customer service, or commercial support experience. Confident leading, coaching, and motivating a team. Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills. Detail-focused, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload. Commercially aware with a positive, team-focused mindset.
