Responsibilities



Reporting to the commercial lead and providing general administrative support to the commercial team. Project set up / close out Issuing supply chain Sub-Contract orders Processing and filling of key commercial documentation including, but not limited to: + Contracts signed by both parties
+ PO's received by the customer
Producing key reports that assist the team with the management of projects including: + Labour timesheets
+ Travel and Accommodation
+ Project cost allocation
Responsible for the application / invoice finance Interface Responsible for the interface with finance for the journal / cost transfers Maintaining contract trackers and Project Directories



Requirements



Highly proficient in Microsoft word and excel Commercial and/or financial and accounting awareness Process driven Teamwork Motivated to learn To have experience within the construction industry (Not necessary but desirable) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organisational skills Proficient at multi-tasking
