Role Purpose
To support growth across Moneycorp's global commercial operations by delivering actionable insights, data-driven strategies, and platform optimisation. This role will be central to the newly formed Revenue Operations team, supporting Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Origination teams with commercial intelligence, analytics, and systems management to improve unit economics and accelerate performance across Corporate, Payment Solutions, and Private Client segments globally.
Key Accountabilities
Business reporting and Data Analytics:Develop, build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor commercial KPIs
Provide analytical support to Sales and Dealing teams by evaluating performance, generating pipeline metrics, and identifying client trading patterns to uncover opportunities for improvement. Build predictive models and performance benchmarks to support decision-making across origination teams
Use AI to drive commercial intelligence, productivity improvements, augmentation of output, and drive scalable go-to-market activity across teams
Insight and Strategic Support:Support strategic decision-making through analysis, benchmarking, and external research
Prepare presentations and briefing materials for management, ExCo and Board
Monitor and report on product implementation and business initiatives
Collaborate with regional and product teams to align data insights with strategic objectives and commercial outcomes
Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, developing more accurate pipeline analysis and forecasting.
Revenue Operations Support:Drive data integrity and CRM governance across commercial platforms to ensure lead attribution and tracking is accurate
Identify gaps in commercial infrastructure and propose solutions to improve scalability and efficiency
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Dealer teams, embedding analytics into daily workflows
Knowledge and Experience Required:
1-2 years+ experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations within financial services or fintech
Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics), and ERP integrations
Advantageous, but not mandatory:
+ Previous experience with Dynamics 365
+ Understanding of FX brokerage and markets
Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands on experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualisation tools
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to produce and interpret MI including revenue, commissions and performance reports.
Capable of establishing KPIs and producing management reporting for commercial and operational teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments and influence through effective data storytelling
Works effectively with others to achieve goals.
