Tetrosyl Limited is the largest manufacturer and supplier of car care products in Europe and is the UK's biggest independent oil blender extending its global reach to 100 countries.

We are looking to recruit a Commercial Assistant to join our existing team. Working in the Commercial Department this role is to provide administrative assistance to the Commercial team supporting the business in all aspects of pricing and sales support. The ideal candidate for this role would be highly motivated and used to working in a fast-paced environment, a person with an eye for detail, good data input skills and a good level understanding of Excel.

Responsibilities:



Administration of pricing hierarchy on both i-Series and MAM databases. Verbal and electronic communication with Customers, Call Centre and Sales Reps to investigate and solve queries on pricing. Calculate margins on special price requests for authorisation. Data input onto both i-Series and MAM systems. Create and distribute price list on request. Calculate pricing following the introduction of new products considering trading terms and market strategy. Periodic review of pricing structures.

An enthusiastic & professional manner

Excellent telephone/ interpersonal skills

Must be fully conversant with Microsoft Outlook. A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and the ability to effectively use functions, especially Lookups. Educated to GCSE level English and maths Good communication skills are essential Fluent English skills both written & verbal Good administrative and organisational skills Good time management and ability to work to deadlines Must be able to work on initiative and as part of a team Ability to work on multiple projects at once

The following will be an advantage:



Good knowledge and use of the iSeries and MAM Pricing & margin understanding Competitor & product knowledge Education to A-Level or equivalent standard At least 2 years' experience in an office environment

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
