Looking to build a career in commercial project management and quantity surveying? Ropsley Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-driven

Commercial Assistant

to support our busy Commercial team across a range of engineering projects, including planned shutdowns, reactive works, and high-value contracts.





This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with a RICS-accredited degree who's eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial environment.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting in the commercial management of live projects and shutdowns Preparing applications for payment and tracking contract milestones Managing project costs to maximise recoverability Liaising with clients and suppliers for purchase orders and change control Supporting risk management, contractual correspondence, and reporting

What we're looking for:

A degree from a RICS-accredited course Strong numeracy, organisation, and communication skills An eye for detail and a proactive attitude Confidence using Microsoft Office and Excel A willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team
