Our growing team comprises over 90 qualified professionals with a pharmaceutical and/or regulatory background, as well as over 30 dedicated supporting staff in areas of Business Development, Finance, Business Services and People Practices. We provide services to over 130 organisations, enabling them to achieve their strategic and operational development objectives.

We are currently looking to grow our commercial team and are looking to hire a Commercial Associate.



The Commercial Associate will support and assist the business development team in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents, as well as providing additional ad-hoc support to the Business Development and marketing team.



The closing date for applications is close of business on 1st January 2026. All applications will be reviewed internally, after which suitable candidates will be invited to an initial screening call during the week commencing 5th January 2026.



On-site interviews for this role will take place on 29th January 2026, with an anticipated start date of 23rd February 2026.



Key Responsibilities



o Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalising agreements and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations


o Maintain and organise CRM, legal files and databases, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and accessibility of important documents. Including data cleanses and reporting


o Support negotiations by preparing document summaries, reviewing terms, and coordinating input from relevant stakeholders


o Ensure all documents and activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations


o Support marketing initiatives with the marketing team


o Help in preparing reports and summaries for internal teams and senior management to support decision-making


o Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Business Development, etc.) to gather necessary information for document preparation and review


o Assist in regulatory compliance activities by monitoring changes in relevant laws and industry practices


o Conduct legal research and assist with project planning as required


o Provide general administrative support to the Business Development team, including organizing meetings, managing documents, and handling communications


o Adheres and follows DLRC behaviours values for all work conducted at the company.

Requirements:



o A relevant degree such as Commercial Law, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field


o Qualified to work in UK


o Fluent in English


o Understanding of legal documentation and commercial processes; prior experience in a similar role desirable but not essential


o Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe software


o Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing and reviewing business-related documents


o Experience providing administrative support in a professional setting is advantageous.
