Commercial Associate

This role is ideal for someone commercially curious, intellectually sharp and obsessed with building things that work. You'll start from the
business outcome
and reverse-engineer the tools, data and workflows needed to achieve it.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with senior commercial experts to learn how modern go-to-market systems are designed, built and scaled, blending
commercial thinking with technical execution
.
You'll get hands-on exposure to:
Designing systems from outcomes:
Start with the business goal and conceptualise the systems needed to reach it.
Automating workflows:
Connect CRMs, enrichment tools and reporting systems using platforms like Zapier or Make.
Building prospect lists in Clay:
Use data and logic to identify, enrich and qualify leads based on ICPs.
Creating email infrastructure:
Set up and manage domains, DNS, deliverability and outbound automation to hit inboxes reliably.
Calling prospects:
Test out your lists. Calling is the quickest way to do this.
Reporting & analytics:
Build clear, simple dashboards that track funnel health and campaign performance.
Testing & improving systems:
Observe, measure and iterate on every process to make it more efficient.
Explaining your logic:
Document and justify the "why" behind every build or decision.
You don't need to know how to do all of this already -- we'll teach you. What matters most is your mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn.
