We're looking for a bright, motivated Commercial and Brand Marketing Manager to join us in developing innovative, data driven marketing activity for our brand, commercial offerings and partnership activations, across our shows and venues.


As B&C Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's future - by leading innovative, insight, commercial and brand activations that encourages customers to do more, to not only drive ticket share but peripheral spend.





What you'll be doing...



Commercial and Brand Strategy:



Reporting to the Director of Marketing Create, own and execute the brand and commercial marketing strategy for all theatres including but not limited to Bars / FOH SPH, Hospitality, Destination, Tours, Partnerships. Lead, create, implement and report on seasonal brand campaigns for the LW Brand: focused on driving tickets and ticket share. Be the marketing representative to drive customer-facing contributions for all non-ticketing-based activity being developed across the business including: Online Service journeys; F&B propositions; Other merchandise and product developments. Work closely with colleagues across all departments, including head office functions (e.g., Finance, Operations, Partnerships, Digital) and theatre teams, to ensure all commercial and brand marketing activities are delivered consistently on brand, and in alignment with business objectives. Take ownership of monitoring, analysing, and reporting on marketing performance metrics, with a particular focus on non-ticket revenue streams such as food & beverage, hospitality, merchandise, and ancillary products. Regularly review commercial data and KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Make actionable recommendations and develop creative ideas to drive incremental revenue across all non-ticketing areas, working collaboratively with relevant teams to implement and optimise these initiatives. Champion a data-driven approach to brand growth and commercial decision-making, ensuring all activities are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Activity Delivery



Serve as brand guardian for all venues & customer touch points, ensuring that all activities are designed to support brand strategy and guidelines.

Lead the creation and development of all destination-marketing and commercial marketing briefs for consumer content, collateral, CRM, digital media and website.
Support the technical and commercial team on any marketing insight and tasks regarding new products that increase revenue, including the epos system and the pre-ordering system and self-serve installation. Manage external agencies and suppliers, encouraging customer-focused marketing initiatives. Support idea generation for potential new partners; being the customer brand champion. Serve as brand guardian for all venues, ensuring that all activities are designed to support brand strategy and guidelines. Be the PR point of contact for all filming / PR asks for the business. Be the main contact and lead for marketing for Jamie Oliver Catherine St; plus, any other joint venue partners. Oversee select relevant projects at the other venues within the LW Theatres group. Work closely with colleagues across all departments, including head office functions (e.g., Finance, Operations, Partnerships, Digital) and theatre teams, to ensure all commercial and brand marketing activities are delivered consistently on brand, and in alignment with business objectives. Act as the key marketing liaison, providing guidance and support to ensure that all teams understand and implement marketing initiatives in the intended way, maintaining brand integrity and maximising impact. Take ownership of monitoring, analysing, and reporting on commercial performance metrics, with a particular focus on non-ticket revenue streams such as food & beverage, hospitality, merchandise, and ancillary products. Regularly review commercial data and KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Make actionable recommendations and develop creative ideas to drive incremental revenue across all non-ticketing areas, working collaboratively with relevant teams to implement and optimise these initiatives. Champion a data-driven approach to commercial decision-making, ensuring all activities are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results. Undertake projects as reasonably requested by line manager and any member of the senior management team.

What we need...



A Brand expert: Someone who can help develop and grow brand affinity Commercial savvy individual, ability to lead, grow and drive commercial products and propositions. Ability to think and plan strategically. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role. Experience of working within the theatre, entertainment, hospitality or leisure industries Team leadership skills Collaborative in approach - ability to co-ordinate and work with teams to deliver against clear goals and objectives. Experience of building insight driven campaigns and activations. Excellent presentation, numeracy, literacy and IT skills. Experience / knowledge of digital platforms: including Google analytics, social media channels & CDP tools. Excellent attention to detail and high standards of written and verbal communication. Well, organised with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines. Confidence in presenting ideas and campaigns
