Renewix Ltd - South Coast | 45,000 base + uncapped commission (75k-100k OTE)

Renewix Ltd is one of the South Coast's fastest-growing renewable energy companies, delivering high-quality solar PV and low-carbon solutions across commercial, industrial, public-sector and multi-site portfolios.

As we expand our commercial division, we're looking for a driven, strategic and commercially-minded Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth and become a key part of our leadership journey.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company with serious ambition, investment and a strong operational team ready to deliver. You'll own the commercial pipeline, build relationships, and close high-value solar projects ranging from 30k to 500k+.

What You'll Be Doing



Identifying and generating commercial solar opportunities across the South Coast Reaching out to businesses proactively via LinkedIn, email, phone and events Conducting site visits and gathering data for pricing Creating and presenting proposals that win Leading negotiations and closing deals with business owners, finance directors and boards Building partnerships with architects, FM companies and local business networks Representing Renewix at events, networking and industry functions Reporting weekly on pipeline, forecasts and opportunities

What We're Looking For



3-5+ years B2B sales experience (construction, HVAC, technical, engineering or energy preferred) Proven track record selling high-ticket solutions Comfortable presenting commercial ROI and savings cases Confident, articulate and polished communicator Self-motivated hunter mindset - able to generate your own leads Strong relationship builder and strategic thinker Interest in solar/renewables (training provided)

45,000 base salary Uncapped commission (OTE 75k-100k) Company vehicle or allowance Fuel card Training & industry qualifications Real progression to Head of Commercial Sales as the division grows
