Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to providing a clean and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Duties

Perform end of tenancy cleans to void properties tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor. Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to ensure consistency in service quality.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within set timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with safety procedures related to their use.
