We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from debris.
Clean and maintain restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness.
Assist with additional tasks as required, including cooking or food preparation when necessary in hospitality settings.
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
Attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
