We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Conveyancing Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of the conveyancing process. This role requires effective communication and time management abilities to ensure smooth transactions for our clients.
Responsibilities
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate property transactions.
Utilise Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes.
Demonstrate excellent audio typing skills for efficient document preparation.
Organise workloads effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Experience
Previous administrative experience is essential, preferably within a conveyancing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail in document preparation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Good IT skills with the ability to adapt to new software systems as required.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to time constraints.

Pay: 23,000.00-26,000.00 per year
