Commercial Coordinator
to join the
Commercial Department
based at
Global Upholstery Solutions, Crown Way.
This job will involve supporting quotation processes, managing supplier and customer pricing, coordinating commercial data, and acting as a key communication link across multiple departments.
As the Commercial Coordinator you will work Monday to Thursday 08.00 - 16.45, Fridays 08.00 - 12.00. This job is a permanent contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working with data, pricing information, and cross-departmental communication.
To be successful as the Commercial Coordinator, it is essential that you have previous experience in commercial coordination, estimating, or administrative support. Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment would be desirable.
Commercial Coordinator Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quote requests.
Prepare and maintain accurate pricing and quotation templates.
Support the Commercial Manager by gathering data for complex quotations.
Maintain and organise a central database of historical and current pricing.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure commercial data aligns with operational needs.

Qualifications
Commercial Coordinator Requirements:
Excellent computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong numerical, analytical, and data-handling skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and work to deadlines.
Minimum Level 3 qualification and 3 years' commercial or administrative experience.
