COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Mivan is a dynamic and progressive specialist joinery and interior fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and high-quality project delivery. We are now seeking a driven, professional and highly experienced Commercial Director to play a pivotal leadership role across our diverse portfolio of contracts.


The Commercial Director will play a key role in shaping our strategic direction while driving exceptional commercial success. The Commercial Director will lead the commercial function with accountability for contractual compliance, risk mitigation, cost control and the successful commercial delivery of projects from inception through to final account.


The ideal candidate will be a talented and experienced commercial leader with a proven track record of success within a construction or fit-out environment and will have a third level qualification in a Quantity Surveying or Construction related subject. Candidates must possess strong expertise in commercial strategy and construction contracts with the ability to energise and inspire a high-performing commercial team, while upholding robust standards of governance, risk management and commercial discipline.


This role is based at our head office in Antrim but will require regular travel to sites in the UK and potentially overseas.
