Job Description


We\'re looking for a Commercial Director to join our team in London as part of our Commercial function.

Your Team: You will lead Acuity Pricing\xe2\x80\x99s Commercial division and achieve financial goals to enable our growth plans.

Your Role: Your role will be to lead, inspire and develop the commercial and sales team to exceed revenue targets and build sustainable professional relationships internally and externally. You will develop the sales, marketing and people strategy to deliver sustainable revenue growth. You will lead a customer centric sales department showing excellent understanding of our clients\xe2\x80\x99 businesses, drivers, and ROI from our market leading products.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue: Accountable for all s revenue relating to client renewals, upsells and new business targets.

Strategy: Develop and execute the strategy to drive income growth each year.

Reporting and forecasting: Accurate sales performance reporting at all times using our suite of systems, including Hubspot.

Team management: Retaining and recruiting an excellent sales, account and marketing team and developing and inspiring them on an on-going basis.

Client centric: To lead by example with a customer centric leadership approach and build sustainable client relationships.

Collaboration and culture: To work with your supporting teams, Operations and Platform to drive the brand forwards creating a high performance and dynamic culture.

Your Experience

Proven track record as a commercial leader.

Ideal experience working in a B2B company ideally with a client set of retailers or FCMP brands.

Experienced sales skills coach and leading teams through complex sales and renewal cycles.

Experienced at leading experienced sales and account management staff and building cross departmental alliances to create success.

Track record on innovation in sales, adopting sales methodologies and crafting bespoke client solutions acting as the conduit between product and our clients and our internal teams to develop new products.

Excellent knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn sales navigator, and use of PowerPoint, excel, word (we use Google suite) and slack to build effective communications, reports and presentations.

We like focused people who cut out the noise and get the job done and know what to focus on to make the difference.

We have a small tight team where trust is key- we aim to be open, clear and transparent and encourage all to take ownership.
