The Role



We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised

Commercial

Hires & Events Co-Ordinator

to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.


In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local businesses, community groups, and organisations to host events at the college. Promote and manage The Bridge Workspace, our office lettings and co-working space, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate all aspects of event planning and venue hire, from initial enquiry through to delivery. Work closely with internal teams to ensure events and hires align with college values and objectives. Monitor budgets, contracts, invoicing and schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities. Experienced in event coordination and/or venue hire management. Comfortable using booking systems and digital tools. Passionate about creating welcoming spaces for collaboration and learning.
