You're sitting in a traditional firm right now, good at what you do, but feel trapped. You can feel yourself outgrowing it, tired of being told to "wait your turn."

You know how to do the work. You don't need someone double-checking every paragraph or hovering over every email. What you're really after is a bit of space to make decisions, to take ownership, to get things done without the constant stop-start.

Clients like speaking to you because you're straight with them. You pick up the phone, you talk commercial sense, you care about sorting things quickly and properly. It's never about being loud or pushy, it's about being capable and clear.

What you'll need

UK Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ - 4 years PQE) Experience with commercial contracts A commercial mindset and the initiative that matches Confidence to take responsibility Personality (We talk like humans here, not robots)

The Package

Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 dependent upon experience, plus 10% commission on any work you win and bring into the business
