About the Role:

As part of our client's continued expansion, we are seeking a commercially astute professional to oversee the commercial delivery of passive fire protection projects. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full commercial lifecycle of passive fire protection projects Oversee procurement, valuations, change management, and final accounts Ensure cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting are accurate and timely Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams Drive commercial best practice and contribute to continuous improvement Support compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience within the passive fire protection sector - particularly firestopping and fire door systems Strong commercial understanding, ideally with a background in construction Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts Excellent attention to detail and financial acumen Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills A proactive, solution-driven approach
