We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying, selling, or letting properties
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective clients
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Manage administrative tasks including preparing contracts, updating property listings, and maintaining accurate records
Assist with marketing properties through various channels to attract potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Support the team with general office duties as required to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to negotiate effectively and confidently handle client interactions
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential
Must be prepared to drive long journeys and conduct viewings.
