We are looking for an MEP Commercial Manager to join our Building services team located in London/Slough.


You will successfully manage the MEP project finances and contractual obligations internally and externally, including all subcontract packages as a member of the project team within prescribed financial margins of the project to the satisfaction of internal and external clients and within the company's financial targets.

What you'll do:



Ensure you abide by and work in line of the Skanska Laser focus plan Ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of the Project and other stakeholders are properly fulfilled Monitor and manage the scope, notices, terms and conditions of the Contract Monitor and manage the contract procedures, payments, variations together with contract entitlements Monitor and manage dispute management procedures Promote HS&E standards and culture throughout the business and projects

What you'll bring to the role:



Experience of commercially running large MEP projects Previous experience at SQS level running significant multiple subcontract packages 10-50M+Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law Experience with NEC and Design and Build forms of contract Client facing experience Relevant CSCS Card SMSTS
