We're now seeking a

Commercial Manager

to join our senior team, ensuring our projects remain profitable, compliant, and financially on track.

As Commercial Manager, you will

:

Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Monitor project profits, budgets, and cashflow to safeguard margins. Capture and manage contract variations and change orders, protecting commercial interests. Oversee invoicing and client billing, ensuring accurate, timely payments. Liaise directly with clients, building strong relationships and resolving any disputes. Prepare and present financial and progress reports to the senior leadership team. Support the current senior management and project teams with contract compliance and commercial decisions. Contribute to business planning and growth strategy as part of the senior leadership group.

Qualifications

5 years proven experience in a commercial management role or similar position within a relevant industry. Strong knowledge of NEC or similar contracts and variation/change management. Skilled in financial tracking, reporting, and profit monitoring. Excellent communicator and negotiator, confident liaising with clients and contractors. Ambitious, hands-on, and excited by the opportunity to shape commercial processes in a growing business.

What We Offer

Salary: 60,000 - 75,000 (DOE). Performance bonus or profit-share Flexible working arrangements where appropriate. Pension contributions and good holiday package. Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
