An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Colchester & North Essex Agency.
About the role:
This is a newly created role within the agency, reflecting our ambitious plans for growth and the expansion of our commercial sales team. The Commercial New Business Executive will be responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities in the commercial space, the successful candidate will play a key part in delivering the agency's sales strategy and sector development, helping to drive sustainable and profitable growth in line with NFU Mutual's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development by delivering personal sales targets by identifying, prospecting, and securing new commercial clients
Client Relationship Management by building and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed expectations.
Cross-Selling to proactively identify opportunities to introduce and refer NFU Mutual's wider proposition, including:
Financial Services (Protection, Pensions & Investments)
Risk Management Services
Compliance & Quality - Operate at all times within the compliance, conduct and regulatory framework as set out by NFU Mutual. Maintain high standards of advice.
Collaboration & Communication - Work collaboratively with the wider agency team and deliver joined-up customer service.
Development & Learning- Take responsibility for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulatory changes, market trends and sales skills.
