About the Role:





The Bids and Tenders Team project manages the delivery of our new business processes, and co-ordinates strategically significant firm-wide pitches. The team assists all areas of the business with opportunities to secure new logo clients as well as extend the range of services provided to our existing client base.



We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join us as an Entry-Level Support providing general assistance to the team, with a focus on producing and enhancing our new business video content. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a dynamic business environment and build their multimedia skills.


Key Responsibilities:





This role will support a team with a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to:


Conducting prospect research Issuing conflicts checks and new business emails Drafting and formatting tender documents Diarising and participating in appropriate bid meetings, as required This role will also involve inputting and updating bids on our CRM system, Workbooks, and ensuring the data is accurate and up to date Ongoing responsibilities will include updating and management of content for the bids content library, including CVs, case studies and quotes, alongside general housekeeping of tender files and systems The role will also include coordinating, storyboarding, recording and editing, where possible, video content, both in person and via Microsoft Teams, for inclusion in our new business documents. Due to the changing nature of the business, the jobholder may, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within their capabilities.



Your Profile:


Essential:




Reliable, proactive and enthusiastic, willing to help and learn new skills Good team player, with a 'can do' attitude supporting to achieve team goals, objectives and deadlines Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work with a good understanding of the context of the tasks required Meticulous approach to work and attention to detail, particularly when checking and proof-reading Competent to manage conflicting workloads with good problem-solving skills and deliver to pressured deadlines Confident to communicate with colleagues at various levels of seniority Focused on providing a high level of support to the team and key stakeholders within their work Experience working with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook



Desirable:




Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in related subject, such as marketing, business, journalism, communication or film production or 2+ years' experience in a relevant field Experience working within Adobe packages such as Premiere Pro or similar Familiar with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Experience working within a CRM system, such as Workbooks is desirable.
