Commercial Partnership Manager
to join our Sales & Marketing team based in Kent and lead the development and performance of our international agent and distributor network.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute global agent/distributor strategies, including coverage mapping and market prioritisation.
Manage the full agent lifecycle: onboarding, performance reviews, renewals, and succession planning.
Set and drive annual sales targets across territories, ensuring profitable growth.
Lead quarterly business reviews and optimise commercial terms for maximum ROI.
Deliver enablement programs and create scalable partner toolkits.
Provide market intelligence to influence product development and regional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with legal, pricing, and governance standards.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in international channel management or commercial partnerships, ideally in industrial technology, automation, or weighing/metrology.
Proven success managing agents/distributors across multiple geographies.
Strong commercial acumen in pricing, contracting, and governance.
Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Comfortable with global travel and working across diverse cultures.
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (desirable).
Additional language skills are a plus.
