We are looking for a motivated and organised Commercial Property Assistant to join our growing and ambitious team at Poole Alcock Solicitors in our Nantwich office in Cheshire.

This role is perfect for someone who's looking to take their first step into legal practice, with a particular interest in the commercial property sector. You will gain valuable, hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced team -- ideal preparation for a long-term legal career.
Key Responsibilities
You will support our lawyers with a mix of administrative tasks and client service, helping to keep things running smoothly and making sure our clients receive the top-level service we are known for.
Some of your day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:
Handling calls and enquiries from clients in a friendly, professional manner
Supporting with case progression and updating files accurately
Preparing documents and correspondence
Managing and organising both paper and digital files securely
Assisting colleagues and covering team members when needed

Experience in a legal environment is helpful but not essential -- this is a great entry-level role for a law graduate with a real interest in commercial property.
