Role:

INREAL is looking for a driven account manager with a background in Sales to

work alongside the Founder

in supporting his corporate clients. You must be a tenacious individual and enjoy a fun but fast paced environment. As a

rapidly growing business

you must have entrepreneurial flair and be motivated to complete deals in a professional manner.

You would be one of the

first

into the business and would benefit from

working alongside the founder

who has over 15 years experience. The focus will be on larger Leasehold / Flex Transactions in Central London and working with him to grow and develop a team around you and for you to put your

own stamp on the business

. We provide a training program designed to help you get the most from every deal and learn about more complex transactions - setting you up to becoming a

respected professional

within the industry.

In this role you'll focus will be following up an

abundance of qualified leads

and proactively advising and providing solution for each of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively following up all leasehold / serviced office opportunities. Responsible for creating and hitting your own targets. Creation of reports using advanced databases Attending pitches with the Founder when needed Maintaining key relationships with clients, commercial property agents, serviced office operators and landlords either over the phone and face to face. Supporting the Founder on each transaction through to completion. Accompanying office viewings/tours, if needed. Develop a pipeline of business to ensure monthly targets are met. Be accountable for your own monthly forecasting. Network with fellow agents / attend weekly building launches.
Candidate Experience / Skills:

An ideal candidate would come from a flexible office broking background with an eagerness to learn about more complex Leasehold / Freehold transactions.

You must have a proven track record in sales. You must be a team player willing to help other but also self-motivated and able to work on your own projects. Not scared to pick up a phone! Willingness to learn.
Commission:

Exciting commission structure! You will be working high value leads.
