Hampton Hills are proud to be partnering with a prominent regional law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer (2+ PQE) for their Land & Property team in Dorchester.

About the Role

You will be a key member of a dedicated Commercial Land and Property team, handling a broad caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to post-completion. The role is primarily office-based, with the option of hybrid working (one day from home) following the probation period.

This is a great role for those looking to progress their career within a structured, professional environment, with scope to mentor junior team members and develop business relationships.

Candidate Profile

? 2+ years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
? Strong working knowledge of Commercial Property and Land Law
? Confident managing a full caseload independently
? Familiar with time recording and working to targets
? Capable of supporting junior colleagues and building client relationships
? Ambitious and driven, with a focus on career progression
