The Role

You will take on a varied and rewarding caseload with significant client exposure, autonomy, and responsibility from day one. Your clients will include developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, and managing agents, spanning a wide spectrum of commercial property matters.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled solicitor with a growth mindset, commercial awareness, and ambition to contribute to the firm's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions/disposals Landlord and tenant matters Commercial leases and licences Development projects Deliver clear, commercially astute legal advice Build and maintain strong client relationships Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team dynamic Take an active role in business development, with the ability to generate new work or bring a developing client following Work independently and collaboratively with a proactive approach Network confidently and demonstrate strong commercial insight
