Location:
Bath, Yeovil, or Sherborne. (This role can be based in Bath, Yeovil, or Sherborne, with flexibility for candidates across the Somerset and Dorset region).
Work Hours:
9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, multi-office environment, serving a diverse client base locally and nationally. You will also collaborate with specialists in planning, litigation, construction, and residential property.
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
Acquisitions and disposals
Leases and lease renewals
Lease management
Property finance
Development projects
Corporate transaction support
