Commercial Property Management Lead - Regent Street

Purpose of Role




Provide strategic leadership to the Regent Street Commercial Property Management team, delivering best-in-class property management across a landmark London portfolio. This role is key to enhancing financial returns, customer experience, sustainability, and health and safety, while shaping the future of urban real estate operations.

Context of Opportunity / Main Accountabilities



Lead and mentor the property management team, ensuring operational excellence and high performance across the team. Set and deliver the property management strategy, collaborating with internal teams to achieve business and portfolio priorities. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiencies across all facets of Property Management delivery. Oversee financial and budget management, RICS compliance and risk controls. Champion and effectively operationalise health, safety and sustainability best practice. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster a collaborative, inclusive working culture. Play an integral role in leading the portfolio customer engagement strategy, driving excellence in service delivery and resolving issues proactively. Support mobilisation of new lettings, developments and capital projects.

Most Important Skills-Based Requirements



Proven strategic leadership and delivery experience in property management, ideally with MRICS accreditation or equivalent. Strong track record managing high-profile, mixed-use portfolios. Excellent knowledge of landlord and tenant matters, service charge management and financial reporting and controls. Commercially minded, analytical, and able to drive value and efficiencies. Innovative, solutions-focused, and ability to work across multiple stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes. Strong understanding of risk management, health and safety, and sustainability best practice. Customer-centric, with excellent communication and influencing skills. Passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Proven people Management experience with an ability to lead and manage teams to effectively drive high performance.
