As a Paralegal, you will support all team members and initially focus on post-completion tasks such as stamp duty land tax returns and filings, and HM Land Registry applications.

As you gain experience, your responsibilities will expand to include drafting documents, assisting in transaction progression, and eventually handling straightforward commercial property transactions under supervision.

Must haves:

- You have experience in residential or commercial property.

- You excel in delivering exceptional client service

- You thrive in a team environment, paying attention to detail while keeping the client's commercial objectives in mind

Prior experience as a Paralegal, particularly in a Commercial Property setting, is strongly desired for the role. This role offers an optimal setting for a committed individual to progress their career in a flexible environment.
