We need a sales closer who can open doors, win trust, and convert opportunities into high-value deals.

What You'll Do

Drive new business with care home owners, All mentioned sector's operators, and developers. Sell high-ticket solar & battery storage systems through phone, video, and in-person meetings. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry networking events, and exhibitions to build pipeline. Build rapport quickly, gain trust, and position Solar4Good as the obvious partner of choice. Deliver clear, compelling proposals that turn prospects into long-term customers. Manage and track pipeline, hitting and exceeding sales targets.

What We're Looking For

Proven B2B high-ticket sales experience (energy, healthcare, sustainability preferred). A natural connector with strong relationship-building and closing skills. Confident at networking, both online and in-person. Self-driven, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets. Familiarity with solar PV and energy ROI models is a plus (but not essential).
