Your mission and responsibilities:

As an Enterprise Services Healthcare Solutions Architect, you will also use your industry knowledge, specifically, diagnostic Imaging and radiotherapy, and technical acumen to architect innovative custom solutions that combine Siemens and 3rd-party products and services. This is a remote position but will involve frequent travel to support customer engagements.

In this Healthcare Solutions Architect role, you can also expect to:

  • You will lead the contractual and commercial negotiations with our customers in close cooperation with our management and sales team.
  • You will be responsible for the closing of all commercial negotiations within all of the ES bids from preferred bidder to contract close (e.g. terms of payment, risk assessment and mitigation, financing of projects, commercial topics e.g. insurance, negotiation of general terms and conditions, etc.).
  • You will further support our ES sales team during the bid phase of customer projects by managing and advising on the commercial aspects of the offer we submit.
  • Manage clarifications, annotations and negotiations of customer and internal contracts in accordance with the applicable guidelines and in coordination with relevant specialists/departments and co-drive activities in the sales team together with the Solution Architect.
  • Participate in and lead where necessary internal alignments on pricing strategy.
  • Develop and deliver a negotiation strategy on commercial terms and conditions, for each project working closely with all internal stakeholders (e.g. sales and legal teams)
  • Contribute to internal approval processes and presentations to senior management.
Your qualifications and experience:

To apply for this role, you will need a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, engineering, or related fields and a proven track record in Healthcare/Tech management.

You will also require the following:
  • An in depth understanding of the changing Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy environment and to use this knowledge to teach and influence key stakeholders as to the use of Siemens Healthineers as the preferred partner of choice
  • Proven track record delivering high-quality results under time pressure
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of healthcare in the UK and Ireland
  • Able to identify and influence key potential partners within both the NHS and independent healthcare markets to develop winning strategies.
  • Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, and advanced negotiation influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation, English-language communication, and writing skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas to c-suite level clients and senior stakeholders in the organisation
