About this Role
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced admin environment and enjoys playing a key part in making operations run smoothly. You'll be supporting our Commercial and Operations teams by managing recharges, warranty claims, and customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries on recharges and warranties
• Process recharges accurately and liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing
• Submit and follow up on warranty claims with manufacturers
• Investigate downtime claims using supporting documentation and internal resources
• Generate reports and KPIs to help drive team performance

About You
You've likely worked in a similar role and know how to keep calm under pressure. You're naturally organised, confident working with data, and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks. You're a strong communicator who takes pride in accuracy and ownership.

• Previous experience in a commercial support or administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Confident communicator across teams and with external partners
• Comfortable working with internal systems and handling data
• Able to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing deadlines
