Kings Estates is an established and forward-thinking Estate Agency looking to grow our already established commercial department. As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking an ambitious

RICS-qualified Commercial Surveyor

to lead and develop a new department in Hampshire and Surrey based out of our Guildford branch.

The Opportunity:

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to take lead of a department, shape its direction, and drive business growth. You will be instrumental in expanding a strong client base, delivering exceptional service, and expanding our commercial property sales and lettings offering.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow a new commercial sales and lettings department Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing sales and leasing transactions Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with landlords, investors, and developers Conduct valuations, market appraisals, and negotiate lease/sale terms Advise clients on market trends, rental values, and investment potential Ensure all transactions comply with RICS regulations and relevant property laws Lead marketing initiatives and promote the company's commercial property services

Requirements:

MRICS qualification

(essential) Proven experience in commercial property sales and lettings Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to growth Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills Knowledge of the Hampshire & Surrey commercial property market Ability to work autonomously and grow a department Full UK driving license and own transport
