We are seeking an experienced and qualified

Commercial Surveyor

to join our team, working flexibly across our network of offices.

Knowledge and experience in a combination of the below:

Commercial sales and lettings Commercial management Valuations Lease renewal and rent review negotiations Development

Candidate profile:

MRICS qualified, with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience Strong technical competence across core areas of commercial surveying Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and property-related software systems Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
