Butters John Bee is expanding and were on the hunt for a driven, experienced Senior Surveyor to join our thriving Commercial team! With big plans to grow our reach across a 100-mile radius across the UK, nows the perfect time to come onboard. Working closely with the Director of Commercial, you will be at the heart of a respected regional brand, working across a diverse and rewarding mix of commercial agency and landlord & tenant matters. As a Senior Surveyor at at Butters John Bee in Stoke On Trent, you will receive:

• Complete on target earnings of 345,000+
• A basic salary of 336,000-340,000 per year, dependent on experience
• Commission and bonus scheme
• Company mobile and laptop, for work purposes
• Full-time working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

How you will make an impact as a Senior Surveyor at Butters John Bee:

• Manage own caseload and schedule, supported by Admin Staff
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs and provide quotations through valuations
• Undertake property inspections, measurements and valuation work for individuals, pension schemes and organizations
• Oversee property transactions from instruction to completion, including negotiations and legal liaison
• Conduct viewings and attend meetings
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via meetings, phone and email
• Support the Property Management team and Landlord and Tenant matters
• Prepare Market Rent and Marketing reports for new and managed clients
• Research strategies for business growth and departmental expansion
• Work as part of a team, lead and provide guidance to those around you
