Kitchen Assistants in the outlet
Operations:
Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of a variety of dishes, including appetisers, entrees, and desserts, according to SKVP brand standards.
Cooking: Execute cooking techniques with precision and maintain consistent quality in food preparation to meet our culinary standards.
Kitchen Operations: Assist in purchasing, stock control, and overall organisation of the kitchen, ensuring an efficient and clean workspace.
Plating and Presentation: Collaborate with the team to ensure that dishes are presented beautifully and in line with SKVP's brand standards.
Quality Control: Monitor food quality during all stages of preparation and service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Safety and Hygiene: Comply with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment.
Team Collaboration: Work with the team to create a harmonious and productive kitchen atmosphere.
Skill Development: Seek opportunities to learn and enhance culinary techniques and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Menu Innovation: Contribute ideas for menu development and participate in tastings and menu planning sessions.
Customer Interaction: Answer questions about menu items and accommodate special dietary requests when necessary.

To ensure at all times that your standards of appearance are in line with the SKVP Grooming and Personnel Hygiene Standards
