The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic

Commis Chef

to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, learn from experienced chefs, and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll be a vital part of the kitchen, helping with preparation, supporting service, and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Assist chefs with daily preparation and cooking during service. Learn and rotate across different sections of the kitchen. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. Help with stock rotation, deliveries, and proper food storage. Work efficiently to ensure smooth service. Take direction from senior chefs while showing initiative and a willingness to learn.

About You

Some kitchen experience is preferred, but a great attitude and passion for cooking are essential. Interest in Asian flavours, comfort food, and sharing-style dining. Eager to learn new skills and grow within the team. Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player. Commitment to high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Pay: 12.70-15.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
