We are looking for a

Commis Chef

with passion, energy, and a desire to learn. This is the perfect opportunity for someone starting out in their culinary career who wants to grow in a creative and encouraging environment.

What you'll do

Support senior chefs with food preparation and cooking across all sections. Learn and develop your culinary skills while working with exceptional, seasonal produce. Help keep the kitchen organised and spotless, following food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with stock rotation and maintaining kitchen equipment. Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to the team, bringing a positive spirit to every shift. Play an active role in service, working efficiently during busy periods.
What we're looking for

Some kitchen experience is helpful, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are even more important. A real passion for food, seasonality, and hospitality. A positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills. Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong team spirit.
