Eager to contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen culture
Desirable but not essential:
Experience in modern British, European, or produce-led kitchens
An understanding of sustainability, zero-waste, or preservation techniques
Ambition to progress into more senior roles with training and support

A rare opportunity to be part of a new restaurant opening
A strong, supportive kitchen culture built on mentorship and mutual respect
