Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Support senior chefs in food production tasks, including chopping, mixing, and plating. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service. Participate in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed. Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the kitchen area. Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Skills
