What You'll Be Doing
Prepare and cook dishes for weddings, events and daily service, consistently meeting our high standards for quality and presentation.
Work alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to help run an efficient, well-organized kitchen.
Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety at all times.
Support cost management through careful portion control, waste reduction and mindful use of ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organised, and fully prepared section--even during the busiest shifts.
Rotate through different kitchen stations to broaden your skills and keep operations flowing smoothly.
Assist with food preparation, ensuring seamless continuity between shifts and consistent service quality.
Monitor stock rotation and storage to guarantee freshness and minimize waste.
Adhere to uniform and personal hygiene standards without compromise.
Ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen is visually stunning and delicious.
Collaborate positively with teammates to foster a supportive and energetic working environment.
Continuously develop your craft by learning new techniques, recipes and skills from experienced chefs.
About You
